From what perspective do I create my own clients?
Trust versus perpetuating the victim pattern
The difference between “free” or “let me give it to you when you can” and an assumed payment (Or… “The road to hell is paved with good intentions”) I have lived two completely opposite experiences:
First: I concluded a transaction on the principle of “Let me give it to you when you have. You will see the value of the product and you will pay when you can.”
Second: a clear transaction, in which the money was paid upon delivery. Interestingly, the moment I concluded the clear transaction, the money needed for the payment appeared instantly. Because the difference between the two is simple? The first situation puts you, without wanting to, in the position of a victim. The other places you in the position of trust – both in yourself, in your value and in your client.
Bonus tip: The mind does not recognize free and, as a result, does not value what it receives without commitment - it does not value. So, how important is the way you choose to look at your customers? With trust or do I choose to validate their lack of commitment? Because the way you set up your relationship with the customer defines not only the transaction... but the energy and flow of the entire business.
