Sudden changes versus sustainable changes

I have met people who no longer feel any joy for the job they practice, and the moment they discover something new, they jump in that direction for a breath of fresh air. However, extremes are not sustainable, as is the case with businesses that grow overnight, but whose decline is just as rapid.

Why?

Because you can’t skip stages, especially if your “muscles” are not trained enough to support you in the new perspective. First, you need to clean out your own “drawers”: the job you have now is the effect of unconscious beliefs, which you need to bring to your consciousness before you can create real change. Otherwise, you might only change the actors, and the results (effects) remain the same.
