"Am I Worthy to Have It All?"
“Success, joy, and fulfilment don’t come from any destination- it comes from the journey and the evolution”
I've had the flu for many days now, and as uncomfortable as it’s been, it gave me something unexpected: the beauty of the opportunity to slow down. I had to accept that I couldn’t respond to my clients' needs instantly or treat them as a priority. Instead, I create space for myself.
And what happens when you pause and create space for yourself? You start actually to hear your thoughts.
I’ve known this truth for many years now: when you shift from reacting to pausing and responding, that’s where your answers lie. That’s where your transformation begins. I, too, often get caught up in the rhythm of “doing and achieving”. It is easy- especially with an entrepreneurial mind. But I am grateful for tools that bring me back to myself. There's always something in my reality reminding me to pause and listen inward.
On the surface level, many of us believe we can have it all — but deep down, unconscious beliefs are working in a different direction. Those are the ones that sabotage our outcomes in ways we might not even realize.

I see this in my work with clients as well. When we reach the core question — What is the belief you’re holding right now, in this moment, in this situation? — The first instinct is usually to run away.
Why is this important? You might think: You don’t hold a magic wand that can transform my situation? You don’t have that well-promoted “one-size-fits-all” method, where you tell me what to do, and the outcome brings big rewards?
Nope. But I will tell you this:
“Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work.” – quote by Thomas Edison
It is work — but a different kind of work. Work that helps you reverse your attention and intention toward greater, more authentic results, and far more rewarding.
Here’s My Story and the question that shifted everything:
This reflection was sparked by a question that arose in my consciousness this morning:
“Am I worthy to have it all?”
Right before I got the flu, I said yes to a new endeavor- one that brings change to many areas of my life — including the space I live in.
For those who don’t know me, I left my parents' home when I was 7 years old and never returned. So, for as long as I can remember, I’ve been trying to create a space that feels like home again. And this is exactly where my nervous system gets triggered in so many ways. Over time, I’ve learned that “home” is a feeling you build inside — and from there, it expresses itself outwardly, through your own level of consciousness.
And here I am again: standing in front of another amazing opportunity. And once again, life is teaching me to let go and let in.
Every time I feel like I’ve “arrived,” life pulls the rug out from under my feet and says:
Let go, Raluca. It’s time to let go and trust.
This morning, I felt called to practice a yin yoga class with my favorite yoga teacher of all time, Travis Eliot — and I tell you, this man has it all: wisdom, flow, energy, inspiration, balance.
During those slow, mindful movements, something shifted. I suddenly saw myself in this new space — in the opportunity I’ve created. I saw myself there, surrounded by everything I had envisioned. Nothing was missing.
And as I looked around, this question surfaced:
“Am I worthy to have it all?”
You Have the Power to Choose
We all have millions of thoughts each day. But true power begins in the ability to be present and in acceptance of your own thoughts — and to choose what you want to believe. Don’t be afraid of your thoughts. Let them in, let them be — and then choose, with your heart, what it is that you truly want.
And what I’ve learned is this:
Success, joy, and fulfillment don’t come from the destination — they come from the journey and the evolution.
We don’t grow in our comfort zones. And that’s exactly why we’re presented with so many situations — from business to personal life — that challenge us, push us, trigger us to act.
And now is the time that calls us to action, differently if we truly want a different outcome.
So, the next time you hear that little voice asking,
“Am I worthy to have it all?”
Pause. Listen.
And let your answer be:
I am whole!
